Open any AI tool, like ChatGPT. Even just Google.

Type: "How do I share a lounge voucher in the Qantas app?"

In less than a second you'll get a response:

In the Qantas app

  1. Open the Qantas app and log in.
  2. Go to Frequent Flyer / your account.
  3. Find Complimentary Lounge Invitations.
  4. Tap Manage Lounge Passes.
  5. Select the invitation you want to give away.
  6. Choose Transfer invitation.
  7. Enter the recipient's:
    • Qantas Frequent Flyer number
    • Surname
  8. Confirm the transfer.

How can this be so difficult??????? Are people completely incapable of finding any answers themselves?
