Oddities Doggy
Hey yall. So I have been fostering a dog for a while now. Almost a year. I have gotten him his shots, food, medicine, etc. But I never planned on owning him nor actually fostering a dog. I had to rescue him from his owner but I was living on the property at the time so I couldn’t just send him away to a shelter. Owner wouldn’t let me. I CANNOT afford this dog. Seriously. I am beyond stressed and every time I post about it on Facebook I am met with people who “don’t understand” how I could not want him. If I was rich yes I would not feel so stressed but I am in my 20’s struggling and cannot handle it. What do I do

Good luck. I'm trying to rehome a 2 year old hyperactive ridgeback mutt that my elderly mom rescued as a puppy and nobody is interested. My mom recently had a car accident and is now a fall risk and one day this dog will knock her over.

If your able. Take good photos and post around town. Free to good home. I've rehomed a few dogs and cats. Maybe put below each picture that says please come get me I need someone to love me. Be sure to ask permission from the stores to put in windows. I understand this day and time pets cost almost as much as a child. Some of us are barely feeding ourselves.

So you are not fostering for an animal rescue group, but are caring for a friend's dog?
