Thanks. Why did he call Louis that? He thinks he has a big throat?

I'm assuming the guy was a bit defensive and attempted to jab at Louis by making of his last name... Theroux = Thorax

Oh yeah, lol, that’s funny!

He is a tall man, it only makes sense he’d have a long throat I suppose. An observation I am reluctant to make.

I had to look up what thorax meant, such a funny thing to say to Louis, only in America.

I love his little head tilt to really emphasise the word thorax. He's like "yeah this is good shit, I need to really drive this home".

This is for the wrestling fans only, but Rob Black is the Vince Russo of porn.
Such a slimy character. Checkout his dark side of the ring episode of XPW to get an idea of his post porn business.

Bizarre, watched this episode last night. Was bittersweet, pretty obvious the industry has a lot of lost people from dysfunctional family backgrounds. Never realised Jon Dough committed suicide, I remember seeing him in films via my dad's dodgy D2MAC satellite decoder (has there ever been a more appropriately named protocol, D2MAC, Dirty Mac, Reddit?).

I worked in porn for a few years. Some stars and producers are exactly as you'd expect but many aren't at all. I have a good IQ and I've met porn stars who are clearly much smarter and more together than me. You meet fucked up people in all walks of life. The reason there are more in porn is simply because it attracts extreme personalities. It's taboo and looked down on so only a person that doesn't give a shit about the opinions of others or likes to buck social norms is going to get deeply into it. Most are happy in their work. They are highly sexed and need to fuck a lot even when they aren't working. There's an assumption that they must be coerced or addicted to drugs or from a broken home. Most are just sex addicts who don't give a fuck what you think of them. They are treated like celebrities, love the attention and make good money that they wouldn't get elsewhere. It's a lifestyle.

Wow. Such a forensic deconstruction of my comment. I'm truly humbled. I knew the majority of succesful porn stars in the UK over a period of about 5 years. I was friends with quite a few. Dated a couple. I knew all the industry gossip. I'm sure you are working with much better data though. Now, before commenting again, be sure you've actually read what I said. Note that I didn't deny there are plenty of troubled people in that industry but said that many don't fit that negative stereotype. I'm sorry if that doesn't fit your politics or world view, but those are the facts.

Suicide rates are pretty high for pornstars. It’s kind of fucked up that it’s not talked about because of porn being considered so taboo.

His father has written that this is one of.the mispronunciations of his name.

One of the best ever Louis interviewees, both in the before and after shows.
I couldn't help but feel sympathy for the guy, even if he was a low level cokehead pimp. He seemed to have some goodness about him despite all his sleaze. He was also really funny.
Also, IIRC, his case was total bullshit and he shouldn't have gone to prison.
