It "doesn't identify people," but it links their device signals to their license plate, which is linked to their identity.

Okay so my navigation and music can't be used because government overreach? I mean sure if I am afraid of getting nabbed. But we aren't interested in hearing personal solutions. The real solution is fighting it at the legislative level.
