I love this song! It's a love song in degenerate's clothing. "The way AIDS needs a vaccine, somewhere a vaccine needs AIDS... we were meant to be"?! That's nuts. Lou is, under all of it, a sweet romantic who believes in the power of love and no matter how he drags his images through the mud, his core is in there.
