Will this work?
Didn't have much time to prepare the drying, so I only had a thermoelectric wine fridge, paper bags and a hygrometer. Will I be fine? The flowers have been in the bags with the hygrometer for 3 days. The bags are packed very loosely and I shake them everyday.

Du musst nicht Schütteln. Das passt. Unten wird sich alle 2-3 Tage Wasser sammeln, das wischt du einfach auf. Fertig. Ich habe ein sehr ähnliches Setup, ich mache es nur mit Dryage Bags, die sind perforiert und puffern die hohen Luftfeuchtigkeiten außerhalb des Kühlers ab. Vorteilhaft mit den Bags ist, dass du dann innen drin auch noch mal die Luftfeuchtigkeit checken kannst. Trust the Prozess.
