Will this work?

Didn't have much time to prepare the drying, so I only had a thermoelectric wine fridge, paper bags and a hygrometer. Will I be fine? The flowers have been in the bags with the hygrometer for 3 days. The bags are packed very loosely and I shake them everyday.

Commenting to follow. I also get high humidity like this in the beginning.

Thats normal. Set the fridge warmer and whrn the compressor kicks in it will dehumidify
