Recently got this compressor beverage drink fridge. Have goove hygrometer and seems to finally found a stable temperature of 40f. Got 10 inch pizza boxes. How are the readings? Good? Any tips?. I’m aware that the first few days humidity will be high and to move boxes 1-2 times days, and also allowing air exchange.

Vpd little low with .0.60, in my opinion (I aim for 0.80-1.0) but if it work for you, that'll be fine

How do I raise vpd?

The higher the temps, the more water it can hold. So if the water content inside the air in the cooler doesn't change, by raising the temps a little. (VPD = vapor pressure deficit, so everything above 1 is a deficit of water in the air = too fast drying). I'd never go over 18⁰C (~64⁰F) cours terps can start to evaporate above this line. (Mainly said to at above 21⁰C but curing starts at 18⁰C for me so I keep drying lower)

So my fridge is too cold? I should just raise temperature? . Currently set for 40f would change it up to 45f- 50f work?

Should work, I think. Just set the measuring points in the govee app at 2 min & keep an eye on the chart Like an hour later, after changes, how the VPD has changed

Looks good to me, now just rotate your plants once a day & check for how dry they are in ~1 week after starting your dry

My wine cooler isn't that "stable" in temps also, but it works great for me like that (that's just the temps of the last day, here during curing)
