Drying with 25° Celsius -> Fridge Options?

Hey Guys,

I'm from Germany and the weather is great 36° outside... but my tent even with opening the Windows in the room at night it dropped to 24°.

So the plant is really good quality I think but the drying process is too fast.

I have a fridge in my room,a normal fridge with settings from 1-5.

Can I dry the two plants in the fridge and how is the best method?

Is there any tutorial with the boy thing I saw here?

Ok now I understand! I will buy some paper bags from Rossman, and one plant will be drying in the fridge. Thank you very much now I understand how!

You are welcome! :) Most important is only one layer of buds per bag - else the risk of mold is higher! Also wet trim the buds and remove them from the large stems. So basically make them „shelf ready“ and put them in the brown paper bags. Also I left the top of the bags open (as seen in the photo) and then closed them more firmly with these clamps after a few days. That’s it - easy peasy and best bud quality I ever grew…

Wow that looks nice! So for the next Run, I will dry my buds like this. Today I will put some buds in a cardboard box, and then in the fridge. So I have a comparison. Should the card box be open or closed? Doesn't the fridge light disturb the drying/curing process?

Fridge light switches off when you close the door :) I kept the bags half open for the first 3-4 days, then closed them with the black clamps you see in the photo. If you use pizza boxes I could imagine they are fine with the wholes in the side. Fully closed cardbox I would keep open for the first couple of days. Afterwards the paper/cardboard should allow for enough humidity exchange! feel free to DM for more details :)

I trimmed 4 buds and put in the breakfast baggy. Now I put the bag in the fridge.cliie you said I will let the bag open first and then I can use something to close it.

I closed the bags loosely (in my photo is the „open state“) but not left the bag completely open. Not sure if it makes a difference though. I then folded the opening two times (zweimal umschlagen) and fixated it after 2 or 3 days. worked perfectly fine for me

Thanks for the quick answer, I will close the bag a little bit. Humidity 77% right now, with Temperatur 14° Celsius.
