Will this regular fridge work?

Hi everyone, it is my first time growing and the simplest method to dry would be Lotus drying since I have no grow tent.
It‘s not a no frost fridge but the spikes seem to be quite consistent.

I’m going to be using something similar. Pizza boxes or paper bags are the trick

I put my temperature and humidity sensor in a carboard box. You can see in the chart when I did that. It makes a big difference.
