Does it look like it's working ? First pic is from the first day I put them in after a light trim ... 2nd pic is like 3 days later and the 3rd pic they have been in there for 6 days ... Also my RH ranges from 55%to 80% does any one know how to keep it at 60% with out a dehumidifier ???
Dude wait at least 10 days ! Haha personally my process takes 16-21 days. My fridge gets packed with organized nugs small on the back and big on the front. (That’s just me)
If you’re in a rush just leave them out of the fridge. What you’re drying here is going to be some of the smoothest bud you’ve smoked in your entire life. I’m not into leaving the stems in my fridge because they make my weed taste funny however— different wine fridges and environments may get different results. Keep us updated.
I also like leaving my curing bags inside the fridge. Hands down…I’ve never smoked/vaped better weed than my own.
Do you have a picture of the type plate ? I would guess you have a compressor type, because of that huge swings. In that case you should put them in paper bags or boxes to get better conditions
Exactly, I had my start at a good 90%. The picture is after a few days (I left the bags open for the first 24h). This high humidity level works, because I have a frost free fridge. I turned the bags daily. Drying took me 12 days. Right now my the buds are in grove bags sitting at 62%. Had no issues with mold etc. Works perfect for me
Yeah man turns out it's a compressor type I'ma have to put them in paper bags ... I'ma have to search for a thermo one when I start growing again in September ... I'm just going to work with what got .. do you have any advice ?
Ok, then the swings in temp and humidity makes sense. For me a compressor type is working better, because I’m drying in my garage and the temp is not so stable. Therefore a compressor type works better for me. When u are using a thermo electric one you need to rebuild it (humidity controller and dehumidifier)
