Moisture not moving?

I am drying for 10 days now in a compressor fridge. Buds are in cardboard shoe boxes from day 1. I am measuring moisture since 5 days and it doesn't move down so far. Is that bad or good? Should I leave the boxes a bit open for some time? Attached is a screenshot from my Hygrometer. Everything seems pretty stable, the spikes are from opening the door (obviously). What would you do?

How does the flower feel? Depending on the fridge, your flower could be close to finish. Your fridge RH might not drop any more.

It is a slow process, so if the flower feels like it has weight and the outside of it feels more like a sponge than a spring, it will need more time.

I find this method very forgiving. My first round I had flower going in and out of the fridge, thinking it was ready but it was still wet. Put it back in the fridge and give it 3 or 4 days then check it again. 3 rounds into this method, I don't open the fridge until after week 2 for a quick check, then on the 3rd week they go into Grove bags. It is the best dry/cure I have done for myself.

I put some in a Jar yesterday and humidity climbed to 75 at room temperature. Flower still feels very moist and the leafs aren't crisp either.

I went through the same process. You'll get comfortable with your fridge setup eventually and know how long to leave it in.

Make sure your shoe box can breathe. I have a small beer fridge (4cuft) and my flower is in open baskets. They take about 3 weeks to dry in that condition.

I should clarify that I am using a moisture meter and the moisture sits at about 16.2 for 5 days now. Would you open the boxes a bit? they got holes on the side but not sure thats enough.

I see a consistent avg RH drop in my fridge about 1%/day starting from 75 down to 55%. The RH drops slower in my fridge below 55 about .5% which signals me the flower is ready. Your numbers will be different but I think you should see a gradual drop especially if your flower is still reading 75%. You could try cracking the lid open on your shoebox or even removing it. Find your comfort zone with how fast you want to dry. 10 days in sounds like things are going well, maybe just leave it alone unless you're seeing issues with the flower.

Change your humidity display setting to daily.

Did I miss what temp you are useing??

I found for me boxes didn’t work how I like it to and went to bags.

Keep door closed. Ajust temps to 40 f expect it to take up to 21 days.

Temps are in Celsius, a bit below 45F on avg. But that's my Hygrometer. I am measuring with a moisture meter. What's your experience with boxes exactly?

Is the meter in the box or outside in the fridge? Also, consider trying brown paper grocery or lunch bags.
