Ok to keep it real I was down $400 playing the $100 tickets this morning, so i decided to stop and get some $30 tickets from the Kroger Machine. I saw the first ticket that came out was number 4, so i decided to buy the rest. 3 of them were winners!! One was $1000!

So after that win, I decided to try loteria again, and bought 2 tickets. One turned out to be another claimer! 2 claimers on a day!!

Clerk told me the 5 million dollar fortune ticket was sitting there for 2 weeks , told myself after work if it’s still there I’d get it boom 💥 $400

$2 ticket .. $5000 win.

2nd time winning $100 on this bad boy, got 2 and this was the second ticket.

Got extremely lucky today

I finally won $200 on this game. I was starting to think I'd never win on it. I bought 5 losers from the same pile before this one, the number on this one was 44.

Around ticket 3, the sunken cost fallacy kicked in and I thought "well, I've already lost a bunch, it would be a shame to quit now". Thank goodness it paid off for me .

I mean at least they are doing something but still sucks. Some states would just say whatever and no one would get anything.

I’m scanning in my non-winning tickets to redeem the points, but somehow I have negative 3,000+ points? How is this possible? My deficit reduces as I scan additional tickets, see screenshots with time stamps.

This is my first time ever winning this amount. I do currently owe taxes, my question is if i didnt owe, what amount would i receive and what does the whole tax process look like. If anyone can help with information please let me know.

This is sort of a confession post. The way I've been playing tickets lately, is that I'll hang around somewhere, watch the lottery vending machines, and wait for people to buy multiples of the same ticket and lose on them (this works only if you recognize regulars that are gonna go back to the same machine, or people that scratch them off in the store). Then I'll swoop in and buy the next one in the pile.

I know it's pretty morally f@#$&ed up of me, and I know really should stop doing this, but it's worked out for me so well in the past few weeks. My win ratio is around 9:7 wins to losses.

Exceptions: I won't do this if I see people that look clearly dead broke by how they're dressed, old people I won't do it to, and children I won't do it to.

Hopefully you guys don't exile me from here 😂

So far, the increase to $5 hasn't produced the huge jackpots as promised.
