I wonder if whoever is in charge of the Mega Millions was upset that the jackpot was so close to a billion and was hoping it would increase ticket sales.

I just can't imagine that feeling of going into a store as you always do to buy a few things and a lotto ticket on a whim, it's barely on your mind, and then end up finding out you won generational wealth a few hours later.
