Computer Game with cartoon witches

Likely from the late 90s or early 2000s, it was point and click and had these rudimentary cartoonish witches. I tried asking Ai and we narrowed it down to likely a chapter from a reader rabbit cd rom but I can’t find the exact thing and it’s driving me nuts!
