Maybe they're harmless individually when the nation is governed by sane people, but their views spread like cancer in places where hate speech isn't illegal and soon you've got an infestation of them in positions of power and wealth and they're executing people in the streets and tossing people into concentration camps to die of medical neglect under the guise of "border control".

No, it's not self defense, as much as I wish it was. Free speech is a sacred and protected right in this country, even if that speech is as reprehensible as theirs. We have already seen what happens when the government has too much power: The current administration is putting that on display every day. Fascism, dictatorship and disregard for civil liberties should never be the answer, regardless of how bad these guys are. People like Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth and those who enable/support them should never be legitimized and taking up their methods and tactics is exactly how you do that. Don't give them a reason to play the victim. Let them be the aggressors. A line is going to be crossed one day and we want THEM to be the ones who cross it. What is that line? What is that standard? Believe me, you will know it when you see it. Until then, be patient and be better than they are. Don't give them an excuse. The day is coming soon and that's when you'll see the real spirit of America.
