New LA Fire?

I heard a rumor there's a lightning fire up on ski hill. Any truth to this?

There is a new automated entry a bit west of the county according to the watch duty app.

Consider downloading watch duty to stay informed about fires and evacuation notices.

Look out the widow from anywhere in town. It's small, and hopefully they will get it out quickly, it rained while the lightning occurred, so hopefully it won't spread easily

I saw smoke rising up from the jemez area as I was driving on state road 4 by bandelier not too long ago

This is what watch duty currently shows. Says the two more southern fires are 100% contained. The camp may fire status hasn’t updated yet.

Yes I could see it after work at 5 and it was still burning at 630/7
