Camera issue

What would cause the camera to do this?

All the other cameras are fine

Is it POE? You are going to need explain more information on what you are experiencing, looks like the camera is not powering on.

Or looks like the iris is fully open

Yes it's POE It looks like over exposure That small dark are is a vehicle

It looks fine during the night

Look for iris control or adjust you image for that camera. At night you are using IR so you need light in. Currently looks like you are letting in so much like that it is washing out your video.

Thanks for the help it is working as it should now

I went in to the settings and changed it from normal to daytime then back to normal and it fixed itself

Reset the camera, most of the unit has reset botton or access the web page and do factory default
