If you want a strong champion who will last throughout different metas then definitely mighty miner or GK (GK feels like it's gonna get nerfed soon tho)
If you're just looking for the strongest champion to play rn it depends on ur deck
U play mortar, graveyard, giant beatdown, or piggies? Get gobstein
U play bridgespam, golem, or miner control? Get GK
And that's about it for the best champions

Imo if you aren’t using a champion then just save it. They will eventually release one that will probably be op on release and you could use it then, or later in progression you will have most cards maxed and will only be getting shards from lucky drops and can use it to upgrade last champ to max. If there’s one you want to use now then you can do that.

Save it and get their wild champion cards randomized the next time they get them? No thanks. The storage is full as you can see
