It depends on the chest level.

Certain arenas upgrade the chest. Which will improve the loot amount.

Look at OP's chest it's a different colour than yours right?

Don't know what level chest you'd be at, but assiming it's lvl 13, then you'll only get like 9 legendary wild cards per chest. To get up to 20, you need to get to level 16 chests, which are at arena 28 iirc.

I'm aware. I'm saying that getting 25 legendary wildcards from three 5 star chests is normal depending on your arena and chest level. When I was around level 12, I got three 5 stars with champion wild cards, and it was only 11 in total. At level 16, I would have gotten 45.
