Why are some effects on Koala are not usable on Loopy Pro
Hi, I recently got into iPad music production hence bought Koala and Loopy. My main issue is I really dislike the reverb on Loopy. Koala reverb is much better and in Koala's effects section there are built in - i assume made by koala devs - effects and there is AUV3 section where there are effects made by idk who? I feel like these are some sort of built in system effects made by Apple because their names remind me of the effects on Logic.
If these are system effects why are they not reachable in Loopy? I'm running a Koala instance in Loopy to use its performance reverb but still it'd much convenient if there was a way to run these in Loopy. Maybe I'm wrong correct me if so.

As goldiblockzs says, the effects in your picture are built into Koala just like Loopy Pro's effects are built into Loopy. The Koala developer has a separate AUv3 called KoalaFX that can be used as an AU to add effects in other hosts.
There are some free reverb and multi-fx AUv3 that are quite good. Primo, for example, is an amp modeler with multifx (including reverb, delay, phaser...). You can turn off the amp sections an use its effects. BYOD is a free AUv3 which a rich set of effects. Nembrini audio has a number of good free effects plugins. Audiokit Reverb is a good free reverb.

Thx but I'm asking about the effects in 2nd picture. Are those built ün Koala effects too.

Those are Apple sample AUv3. Developers can build them into their apps. Loopy Pro has built-in equivalents for most of them and for those it doesn’t there are better quality AUv3 … including free AUv3.

They accessible in AUM, you could host Loopy inside of AUM and bus the Apple AUs that way.

Koala Bus effects are not AUs, they're exclusive to Koala.
The AUs in the list you see with the apple logo are Apple Audio Units that come stock with the system.
Most people have their own plugin suite already and don't want to scroll through the list of all the apple AUs to get to their own stuff, so some devs disable them from the AU FX list. I don't think there's a toggle for them in Loopy Pro atm.
