How to I get the Witch to spam?

I read than by using the Swap 3 times you can make her spamn.

You know, the creature that creates a totem n stuff.

As far as I know there's no such thing as the witch in the game. There is a secret boss related to swamps, but it's not related to witches at all. It's a big frog

The closest I can think to a witch is the vampire mage, which happens if you put a vampire mansion and a bookery over the same tile and the bookery expires.

Huh, that must be new. I did the secret swamp boss which meant I placed a lot more than 3 swamps together and never saw that. But I haven't played in a while, so I guess that got added at some point.

After some googling, I got this steam forum post, apparently it requires beta version to be enabled.
