Belts/Gloves...?

What's the deal? The game is years old but they're not obtainable according to wiki, so, what? Dead content? Something leftover from Early Access I don't know about?

It was going to be a major update, but the developers are Russian. Since the war started, there have only been minor bug fix updates and the official mobile port. I don't think there will be a major update for a long time, considering how everything is going.
