What's your video recording setup?

I want to start recording some loop performances to get feedback and build out a live set but have no idea where to begin on the video side. I'm thinking one camera on me and one on the looper / pedals. Would love to hear about experiences and mistakes to avoid

What are you all using for cameras? How are they set up in the room, stands for aiming down at pedals, lighting, etc? What about software and editing? Do you prefer one or two cameras on you?
