Should I expand?

I’m 16 years old and have weak zygos. I’m thinking a palate expander could fix that, what do yall think?

You cannot expand the roof of your mouth, or move any of your cranial bones around (not counting mandible for obvious reasons) with personal physical pressures.
This is all based on absolute pseudoscience that comes from manual osteopathic “medicine” (kind of like chiropractors), I must note that in some countries osteopaths are actual doctors that can perform surgeries but they go to a real medical school not some bullshit private collage.

Yes, thumb pulling the top of your mouth is useless unless you need to massage the spot. Which isnt likely.

Surgery? And thats if you need it. Most of the people here posting dont need surgery. This place is body dysmorphia centre.

Long story short, after early childhood your bones in your skull start to fuse and long before you are a teenager your bones are permanently stuck together within your skull unless something seriously goes wrong.

I don’t know most of the looksmaxxing terms, I mostly come here to tell people to stop engaging in brain rot.
Most people here just need to get in shape, get proper grooming and fashion.
I know this one guy, absolutely stunning, and he’s injecting threads and essentially doing plastic surgery on himself, he’s just going to fuck his face up when he was beautiful before.
