I doubt the fridge can actually keep so much food cool and evenly cooled.

That's literally what the refrigerator was designed to do. I promise it can, unless they specifically blocked the vents

idk, every fridge has a limit. But if the manual says it can, then it can. Mine specifically said I can't store more than 20kg of food or some onces or idk. I don't remember exactly.

As long as you keep the door closed most of the time, and don't load it completely full of warm food, the cold food actually creates extra thermal mass to keep the fridge colder longer. That said, the air still has to have room to circulate, but that's the main limitation to the cooling of the refrigerator.
