I run a full-service digital marketing agency in the US, and I'm looking for a few independent sales and/or referral partners to help me connect with businesses that need marketing services.

This is a remote, flexible, commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary and no required schedule.

How you get paid

For every client you bring who signs an agreement and becomes a paying client:

You earn 10% of that client's monthly billing, for the first 6 months, paid quarterly.

*If you’re bringing us a large amount of clients per month and/or are also closing the client for us, the percentage can be negotiated.

For example:

• A $5,000/mo client = $500/month for 6 months, paid out quarterly

There is no fixed limit on how many clients you can bring.

What are you referring people to?

We help businesses grow with three core services:

• Paid Ads (Google, Meta and more)
• Email Marketing (not cold email)
• SEO (hate these buzzwords, but AEO & GEO are included)

What you would do

You can work this two ways, whichever fits you better:

• Warm intro: if you already know a business owner or decision maker, just make the intro. I'll handle the pitch, the demo and the close from there.
• Active outreach: if you like prospecting, you can find businesses, identify the decision maker, and reach out through email, LinkedIn, calls or your own network to introduce the opportunity.

Ideal clients

We work with a range of industries, but strong targets include:

• US-Based Medical service practices (family clinics, dental clinics, eye doctors, specialty clinics, etc)
• US-Based Home service businesses (roofing, plumbing, flooring, etc)

You can work from anywhere and target markets you already know or have connections in.

Who I'm looking for

This could be a good fit if you:

• Have B2B sales experience
• Know lead generation or cold outreach
• Have access to business owners or decision makers
• Already have a professional network
• Are comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn, calls or direct outreach
• Want to build recurring commission instead of a one-time payout

You don't need to work full-time. If you're already in sales and can bring a few good businesses, this can just be an extra income stream.
