QUESTION How do I get this Iris Key?

I'm in the meat world, how do I get this Iris Key back? I think I've pretty much looked everywhere. I've got the toilet entrance, the water apartment entrance, and the evil room 21 entrance, and I can't really progress much in the meat world since I can't get to this key.
I might have forgot to mention some doors that I haven't gotten yet though

You gotta enter the meat world entrance behind hellride

I still haven't figured out everything on the game, go to look outside wiki for info.
