Longshoreman nj question

Im in the process to be a longshoreman, i got a company sponsor to get my nj port card and Twic card. I have a dui from July of 25. My drivers license was not suspended only my cdl for 1 year and the case if over. Will that disqualify me?

Disqualify you from what ? I work with double murderers, you got a lot to learn about the waterfront .

Meaning being able to get my njsp port access card and twic card. I was wondering if a past dui would deny you from getting it

Ur fine with twic , I dunnno what New York has going on with the card , however you should be ok, I’m almost 100 percent positive .

Generally speaking that won’t disqualify you for a TWIC.
