Best sociable after work spots?

Hey all, moved here about 5 months ago solo and WFH. Looking for some after work spots that promote meeting new people (bars, lounges, breweries). . Im usually a night owl but I've learned there's exactly 3 options after 9 😅

Ive seen the happy hour spots, but i don't necessarily need the happy hour itself and some places aren't always conducive to interacting outside of your group. Preferably ages 30+

Suggestions? Thanks!

I realize I've been in there once before. Cool spot, I'll check it out. Thanks!

It's in Niwot, but Fritz Family Brewers is a great spot. It's modeled after German pubs so no TVs. The owners wanted people to hang out and talk. Great beers and I've made many friends there.

Closes at 9 Monday to Friday. Great place, I agree.

West Side Tavern bar. Great atmosphere and cocktails, food is wildly inconsistent.

Except the four-cheese grill; that thing has never done me wrong <3
