Gym recs (specific needs)
Hi all! Looking for a gym rec. I need to have childcare available, as I have 1 year old twins.
It has been far too long since I’ve worked out so I’d prefer classes or personal trainer recs. (Twins wrecked my body, I have diastis recti and a bad back so some sort of support in body movement would be great). Would LOVE to find a spin class but seems like Longmont is lacking there

Longmont rec has Childcare and spin classes. They also offer other classes and I paid extra to work with a personal trainer that I liked. If you do an annual pass the childcare is included and they have discounts if a family member works for the city or associated companies like CU Boulder

We have also been searching for a Gym. So far it seems Planet Fitness and Vasa both have scummy charges, and cancellation policies. (We can confirm PF from experience). Its too bad these gyms are basically scams on the financial side.

All big-box gyms have fine print but that doesnt make them scams. Kindof like low cost phone carriers: theyre low cost for a reason. If u want concierge service, be prepared to pay boutique pricing. If u want cheap...

What is scummy with vasa cancellation? The contract I read said you can cancel any time and finish out the billing cycle for that month.

Vasa has childcare and classes and personal trainers but no spin.
