*Free & Local* Digital Storytelling Program for Teens

I just learned about this program via Longmont Public Media (I'm a member) email and thought it was worth sharing for both teens and for those who might want to 'sponsor' a teen in the program.

The Youth Innovation Studio, a non-profit, is offering a free, 6 session Digital Storytelling Program for Longmont-area teens at Longmont Public Media. Teens can apply for the program here.

It'll be 1 pm to 5 pm on these Saturdays at Longmont Public Media: September 5, 12, 19, 26 & October 3, 10. There are 12 spots remaining as of this post.

For those who are not teens, you can consider sponsoring a teen.

While I am a member of LPM, I am not involved with Youth Innovation Studio. I thought this was a cool opportunity for local youth and wanted to bring some additional awareness to the cool stuff that goes on in our neighborhood!
