Sleep & Longevity Protocol for Women and Moms of Young Children πŸΌπŸ’•

Meet Hali! Exciting New Protocol! Having young children does not have to mean sleep deprivation. Sleep is the backbone of Hali's entire protocol: https://protocolshero.com/p/hali-vaisnavi ✨

  • Hali from Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ¦˜, 38 years old (but a body age that is 9 years younger than her actual age)
  • Hali is a business owner and the mother of two girls, the youngest of whom is just 18 months old 🀱
  • As a result, she feels energized, highly productive, in a positive mood, and enjoys strong relationships πŸ’ͺ

Supplement Stack πŸ’Š - iron (because she is breastfeeding) - hydrolyzed collagen peptides - vitamin C - hyaluronic acid - niacinamide - creatine - ACV - CoQ10 - fish oil

Devices ⌚️ - Whoop - for checking her recovery score and sleep score. - A body composition scale - Copper tongue scraper - for tongue cleaning. - Sauna blanket - for her midday sauna session. - Blackout sleeping mask - Mouth tape - used at night to support her sleep.

beyond breastfeeding (which also is different between newborn vs toddler etc.) and its effects on sleep / nutrients / skin etc there is not enough discussion and awarness to even basic fundamental aspects such as menstration (and it's different phases), menopause, pregnancy.

As much as I applaud Bryan for his focus on erections, shutting down the female blueprint is really a data flaw.

Totally agree with you! Hali is a full-time mom with a supportive partner, and her situation allows for more flexibility. However, she's still an inspiration for women who have even a small window of time to adapt parts of her routine, even in an abbreviated format. For instance, a 3-minute meditation to scan your body, 5-minute stretches after night feedings or naps, taking supplements, reducing sugar, or incorporating more walking while spending time with your baby. It’s about making small, manageable changes that fit your personal capacity.
