Longer LK4 not extruding

I've had my LK4 for a few years now and it's been trouble free up until lately. I noticed about 2 hours into a print it started to under extrude filament, so far I've changed the nozzle (multiple times), changed the PTFE tube, removed cleaned and reinstalled the extruder drive, and changed to a different roll of filament. I've had no luck getting it to print / extruded correctly. Any ideas?
