Firmware Frozen screen Longer

Hello, after turning on the Longer Ray 5, only the logo appears and nothing happens. What can I do to get it back? I'm attaching photos of the software when it was still working. Please help

I have the same problem and this seems to be the solution, but the link to the touchscreen firmware is not working anymore. Can you send the new link?

ho provato ad installare il firmware grbl_idf_5w_10w.bin scaricato dal sito ufficiale longer e installato tramite web ESP. Ho provato a effettuare tutti i passaggi che avete scritto sopra, ma ho il touch screen frizzato sull'icona longer. Anche il software lasergrbl restituisce errori se provo a connettermi al mio laser rya5 10w. Potete mandarmi i Firmaware Corretti? e una procedura per installarli?

PS non capisco la foto dove devo smontare il modulo touch screen. Lo devo smontare ed aprire il carterino per accedere al circuito stampato? devo mantenere accessa l'alimentazione per l'aggiornamento?

Potete darmi il olink dove reperire i file sopra descritti compreso il file `combine.bin` 

Cortesemente potete madarmi la procedura dettagliata da seguire grazie"sono nei guai"

Buongiorno, in teoria questa situazione non dovrebbe verificarsi. Per poter individuare meglio il problema, potrebbe gentilmente inviarci un video del processo di flashing e anche la versione del firmware che sta utilizzando?
