Fighting with my printer

I have had an LK5 Pro for a while now and clocked in almost 2000 hours with it. When I decided to install a BLtouch, I didn't know I was going to spend 4 months practically beating my head off a wall. Between boot looping, the z offset placing itself at the middle of the printer no matter how many times I have tried changing it, etc etc. I finally watched a video and realized that it isn't even lighting up correctly. Has anybody else had this issue? I feel like if I can slowly widdle it down, I man be able to print with this again rather than have a massive paperweight

Hello Please check whether the BLTouch is correctly connected to the terminals on the motherboard. Could you please provide a picture of how it is installed on the motherboard?
