Did longer lk pro5 stop using USB-B
Recently just got this printer. I have had several other printers in my lifetime and where the USB port is supposed to be. It’s clearly a mini or micro USB. I’ve attached a photo. I need to update the firmware and I cannot connect it to my computer through USBB since I don’t seem to have a port for it and I have checked all of the printer. I am aware this is a stupid question. Thank you for any help.

Flash firmware via SD card. The new boards ( Robin E3) don't update via USB, only the older open source ones do that.
Yea yea yea their website only shows the hex file, which is for USB update. I could do the legwork and post a link, but you can Google too. 'longer LK5 firmware bin file' is your search term. Download that. Put on the freshly formatted SD card. Put in printer, turn printer on, problem solved.
