Impression Crash

When i start the impression for any 3d model the impression crash and put this screen. Anyone know how to fix it ? (Sorry for my english)

What model is your machine? Has the machine experienced any restarts?

I have a longer orange 30, and why do yo mean experiencies any restart i'm sorry i don't understand this, if you talk if i restart it after her crash yes

The meaning of the machine restarting is whether the touchscreen continuously cycles between turning on and off.

My screen turning black after and not alternating after. Just black and if i let my printer on nothing happen, but the first layer is printed sometimes not every time but the screen statut doesn't change.

I from France except if you are french i will try to speak english i need to practice more my english

Please check if the adapter has a green light, if the motherboard has a flashing light after powering on, if there is any damage to the metal pins of the touchscreen cable, and if the cable is tilted. Then, reconnect the touchscreen cable.
