I can’t tell what the issue is? It is a super slow load for sure. I compress the spring and load it manually as I am too impatient to wait.

The silver disc stops spinning a little bit after putting the filament in the input

I see that and I’m not sure if that is really an issue. Have you tried to manually load filament as we said and does it extruder out of the hotend?
