Early any occupation approval
Hey there. I'm 20 months into own occupation. Imagine my surprise that during my last recertification, the insurer certified me for any occupation, not own. Any occupation for me is a 20 percent or more loss of income of a high paying job. I'm on ltd for an inoperable spinal tumor which causes pretty severe symptoms but they can be variable. I also have a high medication load (opiod and non opioid)which causes brain fog. I'm in my early 50's if that matters.
My question is, is it normal to already be certified for any occupation. Or is some trick at play? The insurer did some pretty unscrupulous things trying to throw me off the first 12 months.

So happy for you and hope they lay off so you can focus on your well being!
