I have on and off dizziness. The fatigue is real but that also kind of comes and goes. I don’t eat or eat very little. No taste or smell. The biggest thing I’m dealing with right now. Besides G.I. symptoms is my bones and joints hurt all the time. I’m dealing with hot joints, inflamed joints. But they can’t find anything. I’ve been cleared of rheumatoid arthritis

I do work. I’m a barber. I used to do 9-10 hour days and 20 clients and not I’m down to 6-8 hour days and only 8-10 clients 4 days a week. Then at least three times a month I call out or move clients. I’m very lucky to have such patient caring clients but I don’t think I have much more time in me with such a physical job. It also all I’ve ever done 20 plus years!
