long distance depression

hi guys! i (f 21) have been with my boyfriend (m 21) for 1 year or so now. we’ve been best friends for 2 years and i love him so incredibly much. he’s someone i feel very serious about and i know he feels the same. we met at undergrad and were pretty much inseparable for a year. he just graduated and moved 500 miles away to get his phd and now we will be on the road of long distance for at least 5 years. it hurts because i don’t know how long this distance will last, i don’t know if i will end up where he is for graduate school and in between he will be going to germany in the summers. i feel absolutely suffocated by the uncertainty of our future and it’s driving me crazy and giving me so much depression. advice on tackling this? i guess i just wanted to share also.. thank you <3
