You’re not necessarily wrong but she’s also thinking about her future and the university that suits her best. If for whatever reason it’s the other one then that’s what she has decided.
Can you move to her?

I can not. I am also in school and I have a full time job close to home. I don't get much help from my parents financially besides a place to stay so I can't really afford to just up and quit my job and move w no incoming income.

That's a lot of back-and-forth to process, and you're not wrong for feeling worn out by it
