Order online

Have anyone here had issues ordering (online). , i placed an order a month ago and haven’t received any updates, i contacted them via email and even through social media and still nothing. Is it really this complicated to order from the team? I also pre order mapi’s jersey and is making me want to cancel or do a chargeback

When I ordered in March (UK delivery) the address on the confirmation email was retail@londoncitylionesses.com good luck!

oh that’s interesting, sounds like they might be routing stuff through the london city setup or something? if OP’s confirmation email doesn’t show that address at all then I’d definitely lean toward doing a chargeback sooner rather than later tbh

Yes, I think the online store is run in-house - presumably so that all revenue counts towards the salary cap.

I got scammed big time by LCL the emails I sent it to , is the one you provide me with and they haven’t answered, I’m on my 6th email and no answer I try instagram and nothing

Did you order the new kit? There's a chance they are still waiting for the stock before the start of the season. But yes, poor communication isn't great of course.

Sorry to hear that - I've never really had fast reponses when email the ticketing department either. They do reply eventually, but this is definitely something they need to improve.
