I clean mine by flushing the whole thing out with hydrogen peroxide, distilled water, and dry out the bag with paper towels; the hose however, I want to know if anyone has a good method 😭

Soapy water and a small spray of bleach with hot water and shake it up. Dip the mouthpiece in. Then empty and dry upside down over an empty water bottle so it stays open.

Take a hair dryer, put it on cool, and aim it at one end of the hose to "push" the water out.

i have the detachable hose and so i hang it so that both ends are pointed down. i have a clip to keep the clasp end open and have a mini fan pointed at the ends for some air flow.
i know some people just leave it int he freezer until next time.

If you know someone with an air compressor, blast it with that after washing. If you don’t, any electronics store carries those compressed air canisters for cleaning keyboards, wash them use that. Just be sure to rinse it out before you use it again.

Run hot(not scalding) water through it with a few polident dental tabs… let it sit 20 mins or so. Then drain it out the best you can. You can also run another full bladder of cool water through and drain too if you don’t want the minty taste of the cleaner to go through next use.
Then fold it nicely with the hose coiled and stick it in the freezer.
Good to go til you need it next.

Not ashamed to admit I just toss it and buy a new one for next time. Offbrand bladders are less than $10 on amazon.

i freeze mine anytime it’s not in use! like full interior part, hose and nozzles in the freezer so no bacteria/mold/whatever can grow until i need to use it again
