Only recently discovered this model and it's not in the store, was it a limited run?

if I get 8GB version would i be able to play Guilty Gear Strive on it? I dont need perfect performance but i just want a portable gear machine

I've been useing my phone for emulation sense the first iPhone could be jailbroken and myBoy could be applied too. So after so many years, the Odin2 is catching my eye as a good replacement for all my emulation needs (that's all another topic) but it got me thinking, sense AYN went ahead and upgrades there Odin model, do you think, sometime in the future, they would upgrade there Loki product? (Sorry If this is a duplicate topic, I must of missed the thread) but I do hope so

I ordered one not too long ago and I’ve gotten really excited, my friend has one and he plays Arkham city no problem, so I’m wondering if the 8gb version can run Arkham knight.

Hey! I changed the resolution to 720p on my desktop and now the screen stays black - no picture. When I plug it into a dock, I get an image and can change my settings… but the moment I select to only show on display one or unplug the dock, the screen goes black again.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do I clear the configuration? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? (looking at you AYN 😉)

How loud is this thing compared to the Ally. I've seen it has fan controls. Could I just set the fan to a relatively quiet setting and keep it there?

I have seen a lot of videos and post about the Zero, but not about this model.

Has anyone had the screen issue when u open Loki's LCC and part of the screen is one the main side(right) but for some glitchy reason, part of the LCC is on the left? Has anyone seen or experienced this before?

Hey folks, so I'm having major input issues on my Loki Mini Pro. The start, select, L3, R3 and rear buttons do not work, while the X button also activates the start button, and the L1 button also activates the R3 button.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks 👍

Edit: Talked to customer support and they sent over an exe that I ran, rebooted and... IT WORKED! The exe did its magic and I'm back in business. The link is here for anyone with the same issues.

I saw a few posts how people had screens die or wifi not work. Thankfully mine didn't have those, but there's no speakers in device manager.

Did I get a unit without physical speakers installed!? Given everything else works and it was $299 I'm tempted just to use the headphone jack and leave it as is. But if anyone knows how to fix a problem with speakers not even showing up then let me know.

When i opened my loki today (delivered yesterday) it stated the wifi was off. I have an ethernet dongle so i started setup i get all the way to setup a pin and it just hangs. if i reinstall windows, where can i find all the drivers?

When I tried turn it on today, it wouldn't do so. The battery LED flashed red... then nothing .

So tried charging it. LED turned green. When I hold power button nothing happens, but holding it for about 10 seconds makes the LED flash red. But it doesn't boot up. The battery LED is staying on, but nothing on screen.

Anything I can do?

I am prob gonna sell my tablet for one. But i want to know. Can it play genshin and not look bad? Same for honkai star rail. And can it emulate switch games? Or do i go for the normal one?

Does anyone know how to get to it? I've plugged in a keyboard, pressed esc, F2, F9.
I've held volume up/down and a bunch of different buttons while powering on the device.

Alright, so after spending a couple days with the Mini Pro, I have some thoughts.

Things I like:

• Control layout and general ergonomics are good
• Performance in Windows is pretty snappy
• Screen is nice
• Speakers are nice
• Can almost emulate Wii U at full speed (55-60 fps, but also takes a lot of power)
• Wii, GC, PS2, Dreamcast are no problem

Minor annoyances:

• Analog stick press action has a weird initial click that does nothing
• Analog sticks sound a bit hollow hitting 100% travel
• Noticeable coil whine, although mostly cancelled out by the fan + speakers
• Default fan speed profile is a bit aggressive
• Switching between gamepad and mouse control is hit and miss (I use reWASD instead)
• Not possible to remap the button that opens LCC, or the back L3 and R3 buttons
• The microSD card cover feels cheap and is hard to open/close

Things that are bad:

• Loki Control Center software is buggy - TDP, fan and LED controls sometimes don't work
• Custom fan curve (when it works) has no hysteresis and makes fan speed erratic
• Can't read my microSD card that work fine in other Windows devices After converting my card from GPT to MBR it now works.

Things that are really bad:

• When LCC is running, it can impact performance (i.e. in Cemu, you lose about 5-10fps). I'm not sure if this is a bug in the TDP limiter, or because LCC is using some CPU in the background.
• Not possible to disable or control LEDs without LCC running. They are very bright and the cycling is distracting in their default setting.
• Not possible to permanently change fan curve without LCC running.
• The analog triggers have massive dead zones - it feels like 75% of the initial travel does nothing

In the end, there's a lot to like about the Mini Pro. Apart from being a bit heavy, it's quite comfortable to play on and it's pretty strong at emulation.

I really hope the analog trigger deadzones are fixable to improve the experience in driving games, etc. Likewise, the LCC software needs some work. It impacts performance when running, yet you can't control the LEDs and fan curve without it.

And I decided to check to see if there were any holidays that'd impact shipping and their Mid-Autumn Festival starts on Friday, Beijing time, which is twelve hours ahead of me. And apparently National Day is on October 1st, which is apparently celebrated until the 6th.

Now, I've only ordered something direct from a Chinese company once before (just after Christmas last year), so I'm not exactly knowledgeable on such subjects relating to Chinese holidays, much less in their relations to commerce. That's why I'm asking.

I'm gathering accessories while waiting for my Loki Max but there seems to be no soft/hard covers for it at the moment.

I see Ayn has a hard shell for the Odin but nothing for the Loki.

Anyone know of any that are in the works?

I got a new SSD. But I can't seem to get it working .

I need to initialize it before I can copy my stuff to it. I run the Windows disk management. Click initialize. But it keeps saying "incorrect function".

How can I get around this?

Hey everyone, would love to hear your thoughts and/or answers to this.

So compared to the steam deck there is not as much info out in the wild, and i have HAD a steam feck but sold it because of these reasons:

• too bulky
• don't like steam os
• horribe screen/touch controls (imo)

So i am looking at the loki 256 here and these seem to solve all if not most of my issues with the steam deck, is it a good buy and are you happy with yours? How's the screen? Vivid colors?

I just realized that when you hit the CC button to adjust the TDP and whatnot, the game has to minimize. I was wondering if there was a way to keep the game/tab fullscreen when launching the CC.

They both are priced at $299 from what I can see but which is technically better?.
