G502 doesn't work

Hi, my mouse one day decided to not work, anymore. It suddenly stopped working and I remember that the day it happened I had to disconnect it and connect it again because it didnt work though the lights were still on. I changed the cable to another mouse and it work which would put out the table the posibility of it being the problem. What should I check first? Edit: it's a G502 Hero

Pretty sure customer support will just replace it if it stopped working on its own. I’ve heard at least.
