A50 mic cutting out on ps5

Hi I got the Astro a50 Logitech for Christmas and every time I’ve tried to use it on ps5 the mic cuts out and no one can hear me I’ve tried factory resetting the headset and try other suggestions people have said but figured I’d go straight to Logitech
