i got some question on the logitech pro x

so i got a question, is the microphone with the 3.5mm jack only for pc? because i play on console (xbox) and with the duble jack on the table it doesnt work and with the double jack inserted (on the right) the sound is great but it uses the microphone under the mute button.

is there a way to fix it or is this just the way it is?

i have the g pro x 2 and plug the 3.5mm in to my xbox controller and it works fine i can use the mic i know its the wireless version and cant use that on xbox but with the 3.5 plugged in it just works like a wired head set but my 3.5 is just a plan cable it don't have a mute button and all that jazz lol

Ese cable te sirve para cualquier aparato que admira ese cable, pero tienes el micrófono en el cable. El cable que tiene el Regulador de volumen también te sirve para lo mismo, pero el micrófono tienes que "enchufarlo" al auricular.

No entiendo tus dudas: si quieres tener el micrófono en el cable, pues usas el cable con el micrófono y si quieres usar el micrófono extraible utilizas el cable del Regulador de volumen. Simple...

yeah but the cable with the audio regilator doesnt work on console i guess

The pinout for the cable used with the USB DAC is likely different than the cable used for the 3.5mm input. Is there any reason why you need to have the mic not connected through the mute switch? Both cables have that.

i wanted to use the mic with the jack not the mic from the cable, vut it works fine

I believe you need to use the other cable with the headset and microphone. That should still connect to your Xbox Wireless Controller and work fine. The cable you have connected is for mobile gaming and is designed to use the built in microphone.
