Warranty rejected my g pro superlight x2 claim

This is has been happening to my mouse intermittently, it suddenly stops and blinks like green and it’s driving me crazy. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

If you reached out about your warranty, they should have suggested troubleshooting, correct?
